The Mediterraneans have cracked the code to arguably the perfect diet. The food is delicious and full of flavor, while providing clean nutrition and remaining heart-healthy. Luna Grill has used this brilliant lifestyle as a blueprint to success and is preparing to share its many tasty and nutritious dishes with Plano later this fall, reports Community Impact.
The chain will be opening its eighth DFW storefront at 2444 Preston Road, Suite 200. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that Luna Grill will occupy 1,800 square feet of a renovated space. Plano residents won’t have to wait too much longer to enjoy the restaurant’s fare; director of development Stephanie Otto confirms that Luna Grill is planning to open its doors to customers this October.
Luna’s Chief Marketing Officer Billy Grenham generously carved out some time to tell What Now Dallas about bringing the brand to the DFW. “We’ve always had our sights set on Plano,” he says. “It’s really the result of the incredible enthusiasm we’ve seen in Texas in general. The brand has been really well received in the DFW. Texas is on fire. We are aggressively growing in that area because of the consumer demand.”
Future regulars can look forward to savoring selections from a menu which features kebabs, bowls, salads, and pitas. Luna Grill is following the increasingly popular model of featuring a “build you own” option, allowing guests to craft their ideal meal from a wide range of ingredients. Grenham recommends Plano foodies consider downloading the app.
Speaking of the Luna Grill experience, he says: “It’s very convenient and we’ve evolved as a brand from over the top dine-in and hospitality to weaving in a lot of digital convenience. The app provides incredible value that really speaks to the brand. You can download the free app and get a free 1 hour session with a registered dietician. Kids can eat free in the app, Monday through Thursday, all you have to do is be a rewards member.”
Plano diners will be able to feel good both physically and socially about enjoying a meal from Luna Grill. The eatery makes every meal fresh to order from non-GMO and sustainable ingredients. As Grenham explains: “We’re unapologetically proud of the quality of the food we’re serving. You can make it a habit and feel good about making it a habit. Everything you get is made to order, made with an open flame, hand-made daily.”
