Maple & Motor II is in the works for 14885 Preston Road in Dallas. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction will `be complete by February 2024. As indicated by the name, this will be the second location from the restaurant’s original spot at 4810 Maple Avenue in Dallas. Owner, Jack Perkins, told What Now Dallas he is not yet ready to comment on upcoming projects.
The website describes Maple & Motor as the “combination of two neighbors, their culinary roots, and the desire to create a place that celebrates low-class cool.” The menu features burgers and a “famous baloney sandwich.”
