Maple Street Biscuit Company is setting up shop at 967 Keller Parkway. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is set to begin November 8 with expected completion by January 3 of next year. Existing suites 4 and 5 will be remodeled into one space for the new restaurant location.
Currently, Maple Street only has one other Texas location at 3288 Main St. in Frisco. It has locations throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Founded in 2012 by Scott Moore and Gus Evans, Maple Street has become known for more than just filling hungry tummies. Each restaurant aims to be a part of its community and make a difference in people’s lives. According to the company website, every store is named after the community it is a part of and operates on four guiding principles: comfort food with a modern twist, gracious service, immaculately clean stores and sustainable business.
Their menu features fresh, natural and homemade ingredients and includes flaky biscuit sandwiches, waffles, grits and oatmeal bowls and even salads. Fresh squeezed orange juice, mimosas and an extensive coffee selection are also available.
