A $4M, 7,191 square-foot construction of Cactus Canyon restaurant will soon be underway at 600 FM 407, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The new Tex-Mex concept is the creation of the team behind Marty B’s, 1845 Texas and Rustico Wood Fired Grill and Wine Bar, comprised of restaurateurs Marty Bryan, Alan Mann and Brian Gasperson. and it is expected to open in the spring of 2024.

Co-founder, Marty Bryan told the Cross Timbers Gazette  that guests can expect “a variety of fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, margaritas and some uniquely-inspired Tex-Mex grill items.”

Nestled between 1-35W and Hwy 377, the 3-acre lot is easily accessible from nearby interstates, or guests from The Well Church directly to the north. The restaurant’s proximity to the church caused a bit of commotion as the Argyle Town Council had to adopt an ordinance to allow alcohol sales at that specific location.
