Despite having a small footprint on the restaurant/retail scene, Foundation Fresh Market is looking to quickly evolve.
It currently provides coffee, healthy meals and snacks, and breakfast/brunch items such as avocado toast that is prepped fresh daily. The cafe also features cold pressed juices, grab and go meals, and a daily lunch special which is prepared off-site at a commercial kitchen.
The new market and cafe concept in downtown Dallas is currently hiring and hoping to revolutionize the food that’s available in the workplace.
The flagship store mostly serves City of Dallas employees, resulting in a steady customer base that visits throughout the day. It is located on the first floor of Dallas City Hall at 1500 Marilla St.
