Hoshi Ramen will soon offer noodle dishes to diners in Keller. The new ramen concept will be located at 1301 Keller Pkwy., Ste. 200, according to a state project filing.
The nearly 2,000-square-foot-space will undergo an interior finish out. Hoshi Ramen could open to the public in early 2023 if construction wraps up by the estimated December date.
Hoshi Ramen owner Injun Shim also owns Taki Ramen in Wichita Falls, according to an article in Community Impact. Hoshi Ramen’s menu will include an appetizer selection of edamame and spring rolls.
The report stated that entrees will include specialty ramen noodles with brisket, shrimp, tofu, and more. Salads and rice bowls will also be featured dishes.
