A new restaurant called Sip + Savor will open later this year in Highland Village.
Coming to 1701 Shoal Creek, the restaurant will be located in The Shops at Highland Village next to Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. Per a release, it is expected to open in September.
The concept is being brought to the area by husband-wife team, Scott and Jenn Sharrer.
“Our hearts are bursting with anticipation and delight as we make this announcement,” a recent Instagram post read. “For years we’ve prayed, dreamed and planned about this and it’s finally turning into a reality. Sip+Savor is coming soon to Highland Village, Texas!”
The new wine garden restaurant will transport guests straight into the heart of wine country where they can enjoy “a well balanced bottle of Pinot Noir or a hand-shaken cocktail.” A lot of details are not yet available, but a from scratch food menu, served in a whimsical environment and with unmatched hospitality, will also be offered.
Future guests are invited to follow Sip + Savor’s journey on Instagram where everything from menu creation, food and drink testing, building design, and construction will be shared.
