A Dallas storefront will soon be alive again with the scents of delicious, freshly baked goods. Locals may have thought they’d forever lost the aromas of cakes or the convenience of stopping into a neighborhood spot for a spontaneous croissant when Corner Bakery closed its doors. Luckily Paris Baguette-a cafe concept with expansion on its mind-is taking over the storefront, ensuring DFW foodies will once again be able to sate their sweet teeth.

Paris Baguette-which is, unexpectedly, based in South Korea-will begin renovating its new 7615 Campbell Road, Suite 106 home later this summer. According to paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work is set to begin on the 3,327 square foot space on August 29, and should wrap by December 18. Should this timeline bear out, it is probable that the bakery will be ready to greet customers at some point in early 2026.

Founded in Seoul in 1988, Paris Baguette has become a massive presence in the cafe scene. The chain is serving happy customers across the globe, with more than 4,000 worldwide locations-200 of which are in the U.S. The brand is hoping to have 1,000 bakeries open by 2030, and it is no surprise that the lucrative Dallas market holds incredible allure.

Paris Baguette’s menu has something for every taste. While the concept, of course, offers considerable sweet treats ranging from cakes to croissants to pastries, the eatery has those who prefer the savory covered as well. Guests can choose from a variety of salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
