Fort Worth diners, get ready to savor the tastes of Italy without needing to ever board a plane. A husband-and-wife hospitality duo are preparing to transport local foodies to the shores of Naples through immaculately prepared cuisine. Dino and Megan Santonicola are bringing a new location of their celebrated concept Partenope Ristorante to the West 7th-area Artisan Circle development, with plans to open next year.
The 2949 Crockett Street restaurant will be Partenope’s third location, joining storefronts in Dallas and Richardson. The acclaimed Italian eatery will be taking over the space vacated by Fireside Pies.
Dino Santonicola kindly made some time to speak to What Now Dallas about getting ready to feed a whole new neighborhood. “We’ve had steady growth over the last few years in Dallas and Richardson, and we’ve built a team that’s ready for the next challenge.” he explains, adding “The opportunity in Fort Worth aligned perfectly with where we are as a company — and more importantly, we feel ready to share Partenope’s story with a new community.”
DFW foodies already familiar with Partenope’s delicious cuisine can rest easy knowing that Santonicola-one of the area’s most gifted pizzaiolos-will be maintaining all of the elements that have made the restaurant such a success, while honoring its new digs. The chef states “The heart of the concept will remain the same — a focus on Neapolitan tradition, hospitality, and quality ingredients. That said, each Partenope location has its own character, and Fort Worth will be no exception. The space itself has a unique layout, so we’re embracing that with a few design elements that nod to both Naples and Fort Worth’s personality.”
Construction is currently underway and Santonicola is hoping for an early 2026 opening.
