Luna Grill, the healthy Mediterranean chain currently taking the fast-casual world by storm, has set its sights on yet another DFW location. The enormously popular brand has filed papers to bring its nutritious and delicious fare to a new location, this time in the Village at Gateway shopping center.
The culinary juggernaut will be setting up shop at 114700 W Highway 80 #1100A. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states that it will be afforded a dedicated 1,922 square feet in which to serve satisfied customers.
Forney residents will be able to begin marking Luna Grill’s progress early next year; the TDLR forms show that work is set to begin on February 2 of 2026. The renovations are set to wrap by June 26, and Chief Marketing Officer Billy Grenham has confirmed to What Now Dallas that the brand anticipates opening in Q3 of next year.
Luna Grill has been embraced warmly by DFW diners who appreciate its delicious and heart-healthy options. The chain recently opened a location in Plano that has proven a popular draw to local foodies. Grenham previously stated: “The people of Plano have an incredible appreciation for food that’s both delicious and nutritious. It’s a community that values balance – they want meals that make them feel good, not just full and that’s exactly what Luna Grill is all about.”
Luna Grill makes every meal to order with fresh, healthy, and sustainable ingredients. The website offers this glimpse into the menu, certain to set Forney stomachs rumbling: “Plates are served with warm pita bread, choice of sauce, and two sides. We season, marinate and cook our food over an open flame to bring out the best flavor.”
