A new Downtown Fort Worth restaurant and bar will open its doors to the public in coming months. A Fort Worth alcohol distance check states The Archibald would be located at 902 Houston St., replacing the recently shuttered Houston Street Bar and Patio.

The Archibald owner and operator Garett Bratt told What Now Dallas that they are remodeling the space, which will include a downstairs lounge and a rooftop patio and bar with deejays on the weekends.

Bratt is partnering with Keith Arias for The Archibald and says they hope to open in August 2023 if everything goes according to plan. The Archibald will offer a full bar. They are working to finalize the menu and plan to offer flatbreads, charcuterie boards, hummus, and other quick bites.

The Archibald wants to reach the happy hour crowd and young professionals to offer some late-night fun. “We are just excited to get into the downtown area and we’re ready for the locals to come and enjoy the great space that we are going to provide,” Bratt said.

The Archibald Instagram page urges patrons to “stay tuned” as the restaurant and bar is coming soon.
