A new pizzeria is always cause for celebration, so Willow Park residents get ready. Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, a concept which is rapidly expanding thanks to its delicious, freshly made pies, is preparing to slice its way into a new regional location.

The restaurant will be setting up its ovens at 225 Shops Boulevard, Suite 105. While the pizza will, of course, be the star, Rotolo’s new-and third-DFW location will feature a patio and a full bar, ensuring that guests have a full and delightful dining experience. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that renovations are set to begin on the 3,800 square foot space on November 9 and should be wrapped by January 31 of 2026.

Rotolo’s Willow Park location, helmed by franchisee Matthew Canon, is still too early in development to predict an opening date with any degree of accuracy. A representative from Rotolo’s was kind enough to confirm with What Now Dallas that the pizzeria should be open at some point in 2026-we will update readers as further information becomes available.

Rotolo’s has been serving up some of the South’s favorite slices since its founding in Baton Rouge in 1996. 29 years and 37 locations later, the chain has become a certified hit thanks to its commitment to fresh ingredients and its dough, made fresh in-house daily.

Rotolo’s menu truly has something for every pizza enthusiast; the pizzeria offers Detroit-style pies, specialty craft pizzas, a thin crust option, and Chicago deep-dish pies. Customers looking for something beyond a delicious slice can enjoy one of the eatery’s non-pizza options, including Buffalo wings, burgers, pastas, salads, and soups.
