Salad and Go is opening a location at 4472 Spring Valley Road in Farmers Branch, Texas in the summer of 2024, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing outlines plans to demo and remodel a 2,180-square-foot space, outfitting it for the fast and fresh restaurant.
Operating with the belief that “good eating shouldn’t be complicated,” Salad and Go’s mission is to “make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all.”
The chain claiming to revolutionize fast food currently has over 100 stores operating in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada. The menu features a vast variety of green creations like the Greek Salad, Jalapeño Ranch, Thai, Roasted Autumn, Buffalo Chicken and more.
