Sant Ambroeus Readying for DFW Debut

The celebrated Italian restaurant is opening as a part of the Knox Street development.

An Italian restaurant that came to life in Milan in 1936 is preparing to feed Dallas in 2026. Sant Ambroeus, the alluded to vital concept helmed by the SA Hospitality Group, has already delighted diners in New York, Aspen, Paris, Palm Beach, and Milan, and soon it will be joining the DFW as part of the Knox Street development, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The esteemed establishment will be opening in a 7,800 square foot space-complete with a patio-in a newly constructed building in the mixed-use project which is still actively being erected. As such, a precise address is not available, however the Knox Street development is occupying an area next to the Katy Trail.

SA Hospitality is projecting a 2026 opening for Sant Ambroeus’s Dallas debut.

The Italian restaurant will bring a touch of elegance to the DFW. Sant Ambroeus is renowned for its superior service, delicious cuisine, and all-day dining. SA Hospitality partner Gaetano Guarducci expresses the brand’s enthusiasm for its latest endeavor, saying: “We are thrilled to announce the opening of the first Sant Ambroeus in Texas, marking a significant milestone in the continued growth and evolution of our brand. Knox Street has long been a treasured part of Dallas, and as it grows, we’re excited to help shape its vibrant future.”
