Tequila bar Sí Sí Sí is in the works for 3223 N. Fitzhugh Avenue in Dallas, according to a recent article fromDallas News.
The concept is the collaborative fruit of Alex Snodgrass who authored ‘The Defined Dish’, her husband Clayton, brothers Chris and Martin, DJ Donahoe, and husband-and-wife duo, Brandon Hays and Brittany Grignon, who are also opening Goldie’s in Dallas sometime next year.
The owners told Dallas News that patrons can expect a 70-seat lounge with a tequila selection fit for “tequila aficionados.” They called it “less of a party, more of an educational spot” for those who appreciate a lesson in the liquors.
The exclusive, “invitation only” concept will hit Fitzhugh Avenue sometime in the second quarter of 2024. The website and social media platforms are yet to be established.
