A new location for Si Tapas is in the works for Fort Worth. Si Tapas has been serving diners a variety of Spanish-style tapas with a modern twist at its Dallas location since 2009.
The new Fort Worth Si Tapas will be located at 2949 Crockett St. Si Tapas will take over the former space of Fireside Pies. The new Si Tapas location is tentatively set to open this fall.
“We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to expand our second location of Si Tapas into Fort Worth’s growing culinary scene,” said Ildefonso Jimenez, Si Tapas owner, in a press statement.
The menu features a variety of small bites including cheeses and cold cuts, Montaditos—toasted bread with various toppings, and fried calamari. Diners can also enjoy mussels, scallops, and seared tuna, a variety of vegetables, plus meats such as chicken in a saffron wine sauce or sirloin in a Spanish blue cheese sauce.
At the new Fort Worth spot, Ildefonso plans to add exclusive menu items including Cochinillo, a Spanish dish with roasted pig meat, and Lechazo, a Spanish dish of roasted lamb. The wine list is extensive, and Si Tapas house martinis are available to enjoy.
Younger Partners has been working to revitalize Crockett Row in Fort Worth since its purchase during the summer of 2022. The boutique commercial real estate firm recently announced the addition of Si Tapas to Crockett Row. “They have many Fort Worth patrons and this new location will give them a chance to enjoy a tapas in a casual elegant setting,” said Kathy Permenter, Younger Partners co-managing partner, in a statement.
