A new pizza option is currently in the buildout phase in Corinth. If all goes according to plan, Simple Simon’s Pizza will open at 6828 South I-35, #150 in Corinth in January of 2023.
Shonda Anderson, Simple Simon’s Pizza franchisee, told What Now Dallas that the Corinth pizza restaurant will be her first location. “I do have plans to expand in this immediate area from three to five locations,” Anderson said.
“Simple Simon’s is just a very small, grassroots, wholesome version of the pizza places of the past that are very family-friendly, and I’m really excited to bring a great product to the area,” Anderson said. The Corinth location will offer indoor dining, to-go, and delivery.
Menu options include pizza, of course, plus The Original Calizone, The Stromboli, wings, sandwiches, breadsticks, and desserts. Keto-friendly and gluten-free meals are also available.
BJ and Becky Dumond first opened Simple Simon’s Pizza in Oklahoma in 1987. Since then, Simple Simon’s has grown to include more than 230 locations across nearly a dozen states, according to the brand’s website.
