Simple Simon’s Pizza is headed to Lewisville. The newest location for the franchise is planned for new construction at 2425 FM 544, Ste. 100 in Lewisville.

Simple Simon’s Lewisville owner Scott Dye told What Now Dallas he is waiting on permitting from the city, but after construction is complete, the new location could open sometime in late summer or early fall of 2023. “I was hoping we would be opening much, much sooner,” Dye said. “It’s all new development.”

The Lewisville location will be Dye’s first Simple Simon’s Pizza. “Everyone says, ‘location, location, location,’ and Castle Hills is still building rapidly. So, just to be part of that and be able to attract all those people, hopefully, it’s a win-win for us.”

Dye said the space won’t have indoor seating, but benches will be available for those waiting to pick up their orders. A drive-thru is added convenience for guests. “Mostly it’s going to be pick up, carryout, and delivery.”

Dye spent quite some time working with corporate at Simple Simon’s. He said they have a family-friendly attitude and support their franchisees. “It’s just a company I want to stand behind.”

The Simple Simon’s menu includes a variety of pizzas ranging from Triple Pepperoni and Chicken Bacon Ranch to The Supreme and Veggie. You can also get Calizones, The Stromboli, wings, sandwiches, breadsticks, and desserts. Keto-friendly and gluten-free meals are also available.

BJ and Becky Dumond opened Simple Simon’s Pizza in Oklahoma in 1987. According to the brand’s website, Simple Simon’s has more than 200 locations across nearly a dozen states.
