Frisco wine lovers, get ready to raise a glass. Sixty Vines is bringing as many types of vino as the name suggests to the Fields West development, currently in progress, reports the Dallas Business Journal.

Sixty Vine signed a lease in December of 2024, securing its spot in the 55-acre mixed use center. While construction is actively underway, it may still be awhile before wine aficionados get to savor a sip of a crisp pinot; the establishment is projected to open between 2026 and 2027’s fourth quarters.

Sixty Vines itself is a DFW-er, originating in Plano in 2016. The concept is relatively unique to the wine scene; with an emphasis on sustainability, Sixty Vines keeps 60 wines on tap, keeping bottles from landfills without sacrificing the high-quality lovers of the drink have come to expect.

Sixty Vines is just as accessible to non-wine drinkers, however. The eatery offers cocktails and mocktails, alongside a full menu for those hoping to lay a solid foundation before, during, or after imbibing.
