Crisp & Green has plans in place to open its fourth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Coming to Southlake, the salad eatery will open at 2438 E Southlake Blvd. Based on lease intel, it looks like the location used to belong to a bank, so we’re not entirely sure what that’s about. But we’ll have more details, along with an opening date (hopefully), once we hear back from the brand.

The Southlake restaurant will bring the fast-casual, healthy eatery one step closer to its goal of opening a total of at least 15 more salad shops across the DFW metroplex in the next few years. For these openings, they are targeting neighborhoods with “health-conscious customers.” So far, it looks like Dallas proper, Rockwall, and now Southlake, all fit the bill.

The brand opened its first North Texas location in 2021 in Dallas’s University Park. Its second location also opened in Dallas in the city’s Lakewood neighborhood. And the brand is set to open its third location in Rockwall in April.

In a statement, founder Steele Smiley called Big D “a thriving city” of individuals who are seeking high-quality, flavorful food. “We are grateful to be able to meet this demand with our healthy and fresh menu items, and we look forward to expanding rapidly so we can serve more of the DFW community for years to come,” he said.

Right on.

Launched in 2016, Crisp & Green now has locations in five states – Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and here in the Lone Star State. They’re rapidly working to add to that list with locations planned for Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Utah.

On the menu are salads, of course, with catchy names like “Cinco De Light,” “Thai & Stop Me,” and “Wild Wild Southwest.” Grain bowls, smoothies, and vegan rice crispies desserts are also available.
