2025 is bringing Lewisville a taste of tacos almost too good to be real. Chef Chetra Chau is bringing his award winning cuisine to the area when he opens The Dream Tacos early next year, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The celebrated eatery, which has already made a splash with Plano foodies, will be joining the burgeoning The Realm at Castle Hills mixed-use development. Chef Chau is aiming for Lewisville residents to be able to sample unique creations at 4440 State Highway 121 Suite 40 in January.

Future regulars should leave their preconceived taco notions behind; Chau applies a distinctive and innovative lens to the dining favorite. The award-winning veteran chef uses familiar proteins including beef and fish, to craft unexpected culinary delights such as the crispy sushi taco and the Philly cheesesteak taco.

Speaking of The Dream Tacos’ newest home, Chau says “This new location is not just in Lewisville— it’s in the Castle Hills community, next to Carrollton and the Colony. They’re in need of this kind of culinary adventure. This is the freshest, newest concept in the market, offering tacos that can only be found at Dream Tacos. Having something fresh and cooked per order and experience at a full-service taco restaurant is unique.”
