Parker Hospitality, the Chicago-based hospitality group founded by Brad Parker, announces The Hampton Social will welcome guests to its newest location in the heart of Dallas on March 20. With multiple locations in Illinois, Colorado, Florida and Tennessee, The Hampton Social celebrates its thirteenth location with its expansion to Texas.

The four-story, 17,224-square-foot space offers expansive indoor, outdoor and rooftop dining areas, featuring a 360-degree bar and The Hampton Social’s signature “Rosé All Day” neon sign. Designed to capture the laid-back elegance of summer in the Hamptons, the space immerses guests in a vacation-like escape with coastal-inspired design, breezy open spaces and signature blue-and-white décor. Adding to the lively atmosphere, daily live music performances will enhance the customer experience.

This new location will be the first to introduce the Hampton House, an exclusive members-only club that will open shortly after the restaurant’s debut. Designed for high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs, this private experience is curated for those seeking to immerse themselves even further in The Hampton Social lifestyle, to connect, unwind and enjoy a vibrant social scene. Membership is by invitation or application only.

“Our team is excited to bring The Hampton Social’s signature hospitality and vibrant atmosphere to the Dallas community,” said Brad Parker, Founder & CEO of Parker Hospitality in a statement. “Dallas has experienced incredible growth in recent years, evolving into a premier destination for dining, entertainment and culture, and we’re honored to introduce a space where guests can experience the coastal-inspired lifestyle The Hampton Social is known for. This new location on Main Street holds a special place in the fabric of the city, and we hope to create a vibrant, welcoming space that seamlessly blends into the energy and character of downtown Dallas while introducing something fresh and exciting. From our carefully curated menu to our signature cocktails and lively ambiance, we’re dedicated to offering quality, consistency and hospitality at a price that makes us an accessible go-to spot for Dallas locals and visitors alike.”

For those craving something hearty, guests can choose from the famous, best-in-class Double Smash Burger ($19.95), classic Steak Frites ($36.95) or the Braised Short Rib Over Polenta ($32.95), a rich, slow-braised short rib served atop creamy polenta for the ultimate comfort dish. The menu also features various hand-tossed pizzas and freshly made pastas to round out the offerings.

Brunch at The Hampton Social is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. offering a lively and indulgent kickstart to the weekend. Guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of coastal-inspired brunch favorites, complemented by handcrafted cocktails and a vibrant social atmosphere to sip, savor, and socialize. Menu highlights include the Wild Berry French Toast ($18.95), a decadent take on a breakfast classic, topped with fresh berries, whipped mascarpone and a drizzle of maple syrup. For a lighter option, the Sunrise Beach Bowl ($18.95) features a refreshing blend of Greek yogurt, granola, tropical fruits and coconut flakes. Those craving something hearty can dive into the Fried Chicken Stack ($18.95), a bold and savory dish with crispy chicken breast, rich sausage gravy, thick-cut French toast, a perfectly fried egg and warm syrup for the ultimate sweet-and-savory combination.

The restaurant has a comprehensive beverage program led by Beverage Director Carla Lorenzo, featuring a wine list with more than 20 rosé options and specialty cocktails including the signature Hampton Froseì ($15) made with Tito’s Vodka, rose and peach puree and The Pink Reverie ($17) with vodka, guava, Aperol, a citrus blend and a pink cocktail “cloud”. Guests can also enjoy a menu of coffee, tea, red and white wine, local beers and zero-proof cocktails.

“Part of The Hampton Social experience is our fun and approachable beverage program,” said Carla Lorenzo, Corporate Beverage Director at Parker Hospitality. “Our offerings range from signature cocktails and an extensive wine list to refreshing mocktails for those seeking alcohol-free alternatives. We’re providing variety for our guests to discover new favorites with each visit.”
