The Monk’s Bringing Chinese-Indian Fusion to Lewisville

The distinctive concept will be joining several other eateries in The Realm at Castle Hills mixed-use development.

Lewisville foodies, get ready for your next great dining discovery. The Monk’s, which has already made a name for itself in Irving through its unique fusion of Chinese and Indian cuisine, is preparing to debut a new location in the area, reports Community Impact.

The unique concept will be opening in The Realm at Castle Hills, a sprawling mixed-use development rife with retail, dining, and housing. The Monk’s will occupy 3,869 square feet at 101 Castle Hills Drive, Suite 200. A precise opening date is not currently available, however signage has been hung, suggesting Lewisville locals will soon be able to sample the restaurant’s fare.

The Monk’s strives to craft incredibly authentic dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The eatery’s website describes its goal as: “It’s all about good food !! To become one of the most reputed brand serving various cuisines of Asia. Our goal is to connect with customers, create memorable cuisines and lent authenticity to every dish served, making every dining experience a step towards a greater milestone.”
