Opening by March of 2024, Knife Italian is joining The Las Colinas Resort in Dallas, a sister location to the existing Knife locations in Dallas and Plano.
The concept is lead by celebrity chef John Tesar. The Michelein-starred and critically acclaimed chef earned his renown as an author, Top Chef contestant, and successful restaurateur. Not only does he own Knife, he is also responsible for spin-offs like Knife and Spoon, and Knife Burger, as well as Laguna Cliffs Marriot Resort & Spa restaurant hotel restaurant, Outer Reef.
Previously named “Best Steakhouse” in Dallas by D Magazine, Knife claims to have “reinvented the steakhouse experience” with carefully cooked Texas beef, and an array of seafood, as well as creative twists like Sriracha Pork Belly, exotic dry-aged meats, and dishes like Salsa Verde French Fries, Garganelli & Black Truffle Essence Pasta, The Beef Cheek Burger, and more.
