It appears that Thirsty Lion Gastropub will soon add another location to its roster. This time, the scratch kitchen could open in Dallas’ Prestonwood neighborhood at 5225 Belt Line Rd., Ste. 220, according to a state project filing.

The 7,000-square-foot space includes a nearly 1,300-square-foot patio. The space would undergo some renovations including a new bar and new restroom finishes, the filing stated.

Thirsty Lion has four other Texas locations in operation—Grandscape in The Colony, Glade Parks in Euless, Music Factory in Irving, and Preston Hollow in Dallas. Arizona, Colorado, and Oregon are also home to Thirsty Lion locations.

Thirsty Lion offers a menu full of scratch-made items. For starters, you could try bacon wrapped prawns, a soft pretzel, or Scotch eggs. Salads, soups, sandwiches, and burgers are also on the menu.

Kitchen specialties include I.P.A. Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, and Kung Pao Chicken. Craft cocktails, a large selection of draft beer, and wine are also offered at the gastropub.

The Prestonwood Thirsty Lion could open to the public in late spring or early summer of 2023.
