What started as a dream nearly a decade ago is finally coming true for a North Texas couple. David Wible and his wife, Mandy, who serves as CEO, hope to open Three Empires Brewing in The Rail District in Frisco in late fall of 2022.

“Obviously a lot of things are still up in the air regarding construction, equipment availability, but that’s our goal,” said David Wible, Three Empires Brewing co-founder and COO.

“It’s a culmination of a dream for about eight years now. We started brewing beer in some corporate housing when we lived in Houston. We brewed it on a stovetop,” Wible told What Now Dallas.

“It was one of those things that it came out really good. We just followed a kit and followed instructions, so from that point to what we’re doing now, we’re really excited. We’re just antsy. We’re ready to get it open and start making beer and start getting our beer out to the people of Frisco.”

Three Empires Brewing will serve brews and possibly offer a guest tab for other local breweries. They may add wine and make an in-house seltzer, as well.

One of Three Empires Brewing’s featured beers will be the Betty White Ale. “My wife grew up with her grandmother, and one of the things that they enjoyed doing was watching Golden Girls,” he explained.  It’s a light-bodied, summertime beer. Three Empires Brewing will also offer the Frisco Blonde, another white ale, as well as other brews.

For now, they are working as quickly as possible to build out the space and get it ready to open to the public. Three Empires Brewing will be located at 6990 Main St., Ste.  200 in Frisco. The Downtown Frisco location will serve as their main manufacturing brewpub.
