Pastries, gelato, and coffee? Yes, please! Zero Gradi has plans to expand across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to bring more tasty treats to diners. CVD Developments LLC will open at least two Zero Gradi locations in coming months in addition to the group’s Dallas storefront currently in operation on Ross Ave.

Partner and owner Igor Stevovic told What Now Dallas one addition to the brand will be located at 6975 Lebanon Rd., #307 in Frisco. Depending on the permitting process, they would like to open the Zero Gradi Frisco location by the end of 2022. Another location is planned for Craig Ranch at Hwy. 121 and Alma Rd. in McKinney. The McKinney spot could open in April 2023.

“DFW likes quality pastry, coffee, and gelato. That’s why we decided to explore northern areas of DFW. We feel very welcomed from the people of DFW in terms of accepting and liking our product,” Stevovic said.

When the Frisco storefront opens, it will feature a new, seasonal menu. The fall/winter menu is still indevelopment, but some core products and staples will remain.

The Frisco location will feature a dome and will have a small room to sit and enjoy pastries, coffee, and gelato. Several sections will give guests a preview of featured menu items. “The vibrant look at that store is absolutely something special for Frisco,” Stevovic said.

Zero Gradi imports from Italy the filling for one of its best sellers, croissant pistachio, as well as the paste for gelatos. Zero Gradi also offers sorbets, which are vegan and non-dairy-based. “All our products are handmade. All our products are made daily, fresh. That’s very important for us.”
