Cubana Grille and Bar is set to open the first week of March 2024, owner Mayowa Adeyemo told What Now Dallas. The 2,340-square-foot space is the restaurant’s first location and is currently being transformed into what Adeyemo said will be an upscale restaurant with sit-down service.

“The ambience is going to be beautiful,” Adeyemo told What Now Dallas. He said the upscale decor will complement the flavors guests can explore — flavors that many may not have experienced before.

“We will have popular Jamaican types of food,” Adeyemo said. “As well as tastes from Nigeria. Basically, it will be a lot of popular dishes and flavors from the Caribbean and West Africa.”

Adeyemo said the menu, website, and social channels are currently being developed, but he hopes future patrons will stay tuned for updates closer to opening.

The restaurant will join a shopping center that also features Domino’s Pizza, Cleopatra Beauty Lounge and Core Dentistry.
