White Rock Coffee is adding its seventh Dallas area location. This time, the coffeehouse will open in the heart of historic Downtown Lakewood at 6312 La Vista Dr. in Dallas, according to the brand’s website.
Nancy and Bob Baker opened the original White Rock Coffee in Lake Highlands back in 2005 with one purpose in mind: “become part of the neighborhood,” per the website. Nearly two decades later, the brand has six locations and a roastery in operation in the Dallas area. “We craft roast each farm’s coffee to the peak of flavor, the sweet spot, and serve it to our treasured customers. We take care of the coffee these farms produce and share it with our customers.”
The menu features a variety of hot, cold, and blended coffee drinks. Some options include the Vanilla Latte, the Iced Caramel Mocha, and the Blended Matcha. Seasonal lemonades and refreshers such as the Revive with mango are also offered.
From the bakeshop, guests can enjoy breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and a variety of lunch options. Chicken Salad on Croissant and Southwestern Chopped Salad are a couple of options. Treats of cookies, cupcakes, and brownies are also on the menu.
The new coffee shop is “coming soon,” per the White Rock Coffee website. A recent state project filing states the nearly 1,500-square-foot space will undergo renovations, which could wrap up in early December 2023.
