Sweet treats are getting ready to touchdown at the DFW International Airport. The Peach Cobbler Factory, known for its delicious interpretations of classic Southern desserts, has filed paperwork to begin construction on a new Terminal C location.

Work is set to begin on the 2625 North International Parkway storefront on October 31 of this year. According to forms submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, renovations of the 690 square foot space should be completed by February 20 of 2026 and will include “…new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as new interior finishes throughout.”

The first Peach Cobbler Factory opened in Nashville in 2013. The chain now has more than 115 locations spread over 22 states. DFW flyers can look forward to a menu featuring cobblers, cookies, banana puddings, and milkshakes. The website explains what’s in store, saying: ”Visit us to enjoy warm, delicious cobblers with ice cream, banana puddings, savory, sweet cinnamon rolls, Pudd-N Shakes, Bigger & Better Cookies, Bigger & Better Brownies, Churro Stix w/Dipping Sauces, Belgian Waffles, and more! Wash it down with our Made-in-House Sweet Peachy Tea or Cold Rush Cold Brew Coffee.”
