Beyond being delicious and necessary, food is a powerful tool, a fact that diners have never been more cognizant of. Fast-casual customers are increasingly looking for nutritious options alongside reasonable prices and superior tastes. A new generation of restaurants is rising to meet that challenge, and one is making its way to the DFW. Zool Restaurant & Juice Bar has filed permits to open in Euless.

There is not a great deal of information presently available about the 406 North Main Street #100 eatery. The paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation fills out a few details; the storefront will span 1,500 square feet. Work began on the renovations-described as “Remodel Interior Restaurant – ADA Restroom – Flooring, paint, plumbing, & electrical.” on August 30. All of locals’ questions will be answered next year; the work is set to wrap by February 15 of 2026.

What Now Dallas has reached out to ownership for further details and will update readers as information becomes available.
