Adobo restaurant and food truck owner Blaine Baggao is teaming up with developer David Heller to establish a food truck park with a beer garden. MoonRise Garden Bar & Food Truck Park will be located at 6875 W 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge, according to the Denver Post.

The half-acre site where the new venue is shaping up was a former gas station, on the northwest corner of 38th Ave. and Pierce St. It will be composed of a family-friendly and pet-friendly food truck court, cabana seating, a bar, bathrooms, and an event center.

There will be one permanent truck and three rotation options, offering a variety of cuisines. The Adobo truck will be present, with its Filipino and Mexican flavors. Dylan Zarett will be creating the drink menu and managing the bar.

Baggao and Heller are hoping to crowdfund some of the money needed for the buildout of the establishment. They are aiming to raise $120,000 through investors on Honeycomb Credit.
