Nestled at the base of Golden Peak at 458 Vail Valley Dr. in Vail is a new Avanti Food & Beverage hall. As it approaches its grand opening event, the culinary center recently announced its tenants, and one of the stalls is Colorado company Boychik.

This Mediterranean-inspired concept delivers traditional dishes with a modern twist, offering fresh, healthy, and delicious meals. Boychik’s menu features classics like shawarma, gyros, falafel, hummus, and a variety of dips and spreads.

The eatery has already proven successful with its original food stall at Avanti Boulder, which opened over four years ago. It has since expanded to also have a full-service restaurant at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora.

Avanti Vail, a $4 million project developed by Avanti Food & Beverage in collaboration with Vail Mountain, has transformed the former Larkspur restaurant space into a bustling food hall. Offering stunning slopeside views and a variety of dining options, it features four other food concepts: Powder Crust Pizza, Backyard Burgers, Detoor Day Cafe, and Glo Noodle House.
