Prost Brewing Co. is set to open a new brewery and restaurant in the growing Ladera development in Timnath, marking a significant expansion for the popular German-inspired brewery. The Coloradoan reports that the local beer business will be located right off I-25.
The new 10,600-square-foot location will be off the highway to the east, just south of the future G-Que BBQ drive-thru and near the Floor and Decor store. Its prime location puts it near one of the busiest stretches of I-25.
Known for its beer garden concept, the company will bring its signature style and wide variety of traditional German-style lagers and seasonal beers, alongside a delicious menu of pub food. A local brand, Prost Brewing Co.’s beginnings trace back to 2012.
The Ladera development, a 240-acre mixed-use project located at the southeast corner of I-25 and Harmony Road, has big plans for upcoming retail, dining, and entertainment venues. The brewery’s arrival will further elevate the area’s options, alongside other upcoming tenant Dutch Bros Coffee and a possible In-N-Out Burger.
