Popular street-style taco restaurant Rusty Taco is making a significant move into the Denver market, with plans to open seven new locations in the coming months. One of the first to open will be in Brighton, a company representative tells What Now Denver.
While the address of where it will be located is not yet available, the brand tells the publication that they hope to open the store in the next three months. It’s part of a 100-day expansion push by franchisee group Good 2 Go Eats.
“We’re thrilled to bring Rusty Taco to the Denver market, with our first location opening this summer. Our goal is to open all seven locations in 100 days… We can’t wait to serve each community with our flavorful and diverse menu,” said Eric Murphy, Vice President of Good 2 Go Eats.
Rusty Taco’s menu features a variety of options, including steak fajitas, grilled shrimp, and breakfast tacos, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The company’s roots date back to 2010 in Dallas, Texas, and the brand has since grown to dozens of locations in nine states.
