Popular fast-casual taco chain Rusty Taco is set to open a new location in Castle Rock, a recent press release teases. This opening is part of a larger expansion effort in the Denver area, with several new locations planned for 2024.

The new Rusty Taco will be located at 3991 Limelight Ave. Franchise owner Good 2 Go Eats signed on a seven-unit deal, with Castle Rock as one of the stores. A brand representative tells What Now Denver that the location will be opening at some point in Q3 of this year.

Rusty Taco offers a variety of tacos that capture the essence of Mexican street food. The menu includes traditional options like steak fajita and grilled shrimp, as well as breakfast tacos and unique choices like fried chicken tacos.

“We’re thrilled to bring Rusty Taco to the Denver market, with our first location opening this summer. Our goal is to open all seven locations in 100 days, bringing over ten unique tacos, signature queso, and freshly made in-house guacamole to our guests,” Eric Murphy, Vice President of Good 2 Go Eats, told the publication.
