Culinary sensation Chile con Quesadilla is set to add its flair to the upcoming Parkway Food Hall in Longmont. The first in the city, the venue will be located at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd. and host many flavors under one roof.

Chile con Quesadilla is the first confirmed tenant for the property, according to a press release. It started out as an award-winning food truck and eventually moved to also open a restaurant in Brighton.

The food hall will be 16,000 square feet and feature seven other dining concepts, three retail spaces, an indoor/outdoor bar, a coffee shop, and an expansive patio and event space. Other food options will include sushi, ramen, pizza, barbecue, chicken sandwiches, and more.

Parkway Food Hall will open in May, in Longmont’s Parkway Promenade shopping district. It is being constructed by Faurot Construction and designed by Meridian 105, a firm that worked on Avanti Food & Beverage and Edgewater Public Market.
