Colore Italian Restaurant, a family-owned eatery, has recently signed a lease for a new location. Real estate records show that the local business will open at 5950 S Platte Canyon Rd, within The Shoppes at Columbine Valley in Littleton.

This new space, spanning 2,527 square feet, is set to open its doors this fall, after being vacant for four months. The site, built in 1979, is part of a multi-tenant, Class C retail complex, and will be fully built out as a restaurant, offering a modern dining experience.

The restaurant is known for its delicious Italian cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, having been a community favorite for years. It will bring its menu of signature dishes, such as Spaghetti & Meatballs, Chicken Marsala, and its popular two-course lunch specials, to its new site, alongside a full bar and gluten-free options.

Colore’s owner, Chris Millette, confirmed to What Now Denver that a lease was executed, but stated that they would like to hold off on sharing more details until more are finalized.
