Cookie chain Dirty Dough has executed three more leases in the Denver area, after announcing earlier this year that the brand will be entering the Colorado market with a Parker store. The company has signed deals for the following properties: 5956 S Holly St. Suite 5956 in Greenwood Village, 7280 Lagae Rd. #H in Castle Pines and 5082 East Hampden Avenue in Denver.

The stores are all corporate-owned, and the company is in the process of permitting for each of the locations, Chief Operating Officer Romney Stewart told What Now Denver.

“We hope to get construction underway very quickly, with targeted openings for the stores in August/September 2023,” he said. “We are incredibly excited to bring our amazing and unique gourmet stuffed cookies to Colorado this year!”

Dirty Dough, which currently has locations in Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, Ohio, and North Dakota, has been on a rapid growth kick lately. In addition to the Colorado stores, the brand is also expanding to new states like Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, California, and Kansas.

The company specializes in gooey, layered cookies with toppings and fillings. Patrons can pick up cookies at the store or order delivery to have the sweet treats come to them.
