Records from the city reveal that Denny’s is proposing to construct a new restaurant near Peña Blvd and Denver International Airport. The diner chain submitted permits recently for a site at 6694 Tower Rd.

A project description states the brand seeks “development of a ground up 4,440 SF Denny’s Restaurant with accompanying site work including parking, loading, drainage, utility, pedestrian, trash enclosure, and EVSE improvements.” The concept plan is listed as “intake in progress”.

The franchise owner of this particular location is listed as G2G Management Group, one of Denny’s largest franchisees. The company runs over 40 restaurants in multiple states.

Chord Design Studio is the architect for the project, Tait & Associates is doing the civi engineering, Portis Structural Design is handling the structural engineering, and Pkmr Engineers has been delegated for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design work.
