Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield

Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms will be doing a $40 million renovation, which includes adding a restaurant, Mile High CRE reports. The facility, located at 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Rd. in Littleton, is one of the metro’s best outdoor attractions.

Situated atop the amphitheater with views of Deer Creek and the Hogback, the restaurant will offer patrons a dining experience immersed in the beauty of nature. It will be a 5,600-square-foot full-service establishment with 3,500 square feet of patio space.

Erin Bird, Associate Director of Communications, told What Now Denver the restaurant is scheduled for completion during Phase 3 of the redevelopment plan. The architecture will blend the rustic charm of earthy tones, natural materials, and expansive windows that invite the outdoors in.

It will be a farm-to-table concept with many ingredients sourced directly from Chatfield Farms. From casual lunches to intimate dinners to evening cocktails, the yet-unnamed eatery is destined to be a popular spot with patrons visiting the farm and gardens.
