City records show that a “drive-thru only coffee shop” is planned for 16400 Green Valley Ranch Boulevard. It’s stated for lot 10 of the new 32-acre Flyway Development, which was scheduled to open last year but has yet to be completed.

While there is not much information available about the concept, including a name, documents reveal the property is planned to be a small 510-square-foot space with drive-through lanes and room for employee parking spots. It will be facing the busy Green Valley Ranch Blvd. and be highly visible to traffic.

The Flyway has over 223,000 square feet of retail space and will be anchored by a Costco and have a children’s play area. It’s been in the works since before the pandemic and finally starting to come close to fruition.

Galloway & Company is handling the architecture and engineering aspects of the Flyway project. The company’s website states construction will be completed in October.
