Alex Tift has been working on new concept Zymos Brewing since 2019, and he is excited to announce the project is moving along and should be open sometime in the fall. It will be located at 5180 S Lowell Blvd. in Littleton.

A recent post from the company show construction has started. “Exciting news! We’ve just had the concrete cut for our brewery! This is the first step of our construction process, and an important milestone towards getting Zymos open. Now that the concrete is cut, we’re getting ready to do the underground plumbing,” it read.

The business is working on the taproom with Altitude Construction. This Littleton location is the second the company settled on; a prior site in Westminster did not work out. Originally Tift hoped to open last year, but the necessary permits were just received in recent weeks.

Zymos Brewing is described on its website as a Colorado craft brewery that fosters a “welcoming space where people could come to drink a great craft beer and build a community.”
