The metro area is getting a major entertainment upgrade with a new upscale music hall and restaurant coming to Centennial. A big-name developer is acquiring the former Celebrity Lanes site at 15755 East Arapahoe Road in Centennial and will transform it into a one-of-a-kind indoor venue, Denver 7 reports.

Venu Holding Corporation, a hospitality and live music venue owner, is overseeing the project. It is behind establishments like Colorado Springs’ acclaimed Ford Amphitheater and The Hall at Bourbon Brothers. The company expects to close on the property by the beginning of June.

While a name had not yet been announced for the business, it promises to blend premium live music experiences with top-tier dining. The venue will feature signature indoor Luxe FireSuites, premium, private viewing areas.

“The market is hungry for premium spaces. Music fans are no longer satisfied with simply walking through the front doors of a venue—they’re looking for more,” Will Hodgson, President of VENU, was quoted as saying in a press release.

Venu’s portfolio has been expanding significantly lately, announcing upcoming Sunset Amphitheaters in Texas and Oklahoma in a press release earlier this year. It is also working on a seafood and steakhouse and cocktail bar/lounge near Ford Amphitheater, which is set to open later this year.
