Denver’s Belleview Station is set to welcome a new hotel and luxury apartment building, and a grab-and-go spot for easy dining convenience will be on site. The upcoming Apiary Hotel announced that it will debut June Gap Market + Café as a concession option at the property, 4855 S Quebec Street.

“Apiary Hotel Belleview Station is coming to Denver this spring 2026 — a lifestyle extended-stay by Marriott that brings together comfort, flexibility, and style,” the property posted. “We’re excited to also introduce June Gap Market + Cafe for fresh bites and locally sourced, to-go provisions.”

The café draws inspiration from the “June Gap”, the short summer period when bees rely on stored resources, symbolizing a focus on savoring high-quality, nourishing ingredients, its website explains. A mix of fresh-prepared meals, coffee beverages, and snacks will be available, catering to both in-house dining and on-the-go convenience.

Staffing for the concept is ongoing, with recent job postings showing a search for market attendants. The ads state the cafe will be managed by Stonebridge Companies, the hotel’s developer and a franchisee within the Residence Inn by Marriott system.

Hotel bar Keepers Cocktail Lounge, the other F&B option at the Apiary Hotel, will join June Gap Market. Both will be open to the public.
