In-N-Out Burger, the California-based fast-food giant, is looking to Timnath for a new restaurant. The chain has filed development plans for an eatery near I-25, according to 9News.

A comprehensive site development plan was submitted last month, and shows the company is proposing to construct a new-build 3,860-square-foot establishment in the Ladera subdivision, near the Fort Collins border. The building will have a drive-thru and 52 proposed parking spaces.

Construction of In-N-Out locations typically takes about eight months to finish once the go-ahead is given by city officials. Right now, the project is listed as in development review.

This will be the second NoCo In-N-Out, after Loveland’s location opened a few months ago. There are multiple locations in the Denver metro and one in Colorado Springs as well.
