Renowned Asian restaurant Salvaje is preparing to start construction in a brand new mixed-use building in RiNo. Records show the brand is working on permits for the space at 3354 Larimer St #110 and will be ready to build soon.

The scope of the work being done includes “food service preparation, storage areas, general seating areas, new all gender toilet rooms for restaurant patrons and single-use staff restroom,” documents show.

Director of Projects for Salvaje Group, Martina Maione, told What Now Denver that an estimated opening date will be announced once construction commences.

The property where Salvaje will be a first-floor anchor is a new build that also has retail space and Sonder short-term rental/apartment hotel on the top two floors. It was previously an industrial space that sold for $2.2 million in 2019.

Salvaje partnered with Cherry Creek Commercial for the lease signing. Plans show a large dining space, outdoor patio, and glass storefronts.

A fusion restaurant from Panama, there are Salvaje locations all over the world, from Barcelona and Bogotá to Paris and Miami. It’s known as a spot with a lively atmosphere and an upscale vibe.
