Le Peep Signs Lease for Another Highlands Ranch Spot

The popular brunch place will be taking over The Lost Cajun space.

New lease data shows that brunch eatery Le Peep is the newest tenant in the Wildcat Shopping Center. The lease for the space, an end-cap located at 2201 W. Wildcat Reserve Pkwy C-10 in Highlands Ranch, starts in July.

The busy plaza in the Westridge neighborhood is anchored by a King Soopers and also has other big-name retailers such as Chipotle and Dependable Cleaners. Le Peep is replacing The Lost Cajun, which closed after bankruptcy issues. 

With 2,400-square-feet of space, visibility to more than 24,000 cars daily, and ample parking, the restaurant is sure to be busy with patrons. There is another location of the chain about 10 minutes away in east Highlands Ranch.  

The brand, which was started in Aspen, has grown to over a dozen states. Le Peep executed the deal with the help of Legend Partners, top commercial real estate brokers in Colorado. There is another location of the chain about 10 minutes away in east Highlands Ranch.
