Northern Colorado is preparing to welcome Front Range Sausage Co. to Loveland, reports from K99 state. The small business butcher and deli come from respected restauranteurs in the industry.

Owners Veronica Maxwell and Mike Grogan are committed to bringing a tantalizing array of hand-crafted sausages and quality meats to the community. The two formerly operated Idaho’s Teton Valley Meats before relocating here.

The concept has nearly two dozen sausage varieties for patrons to choose from, and a selection of premium-quality meats sourced from small farms. Front Range Sausage Co. will have cuts from beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck, bison, and elk.

Rumor has it that the company, which teased on social media last month about the location coming, will open in June. The business has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise $35,000 for equipment, signage, licensing, and more. Supporters will receive a range of rewards, from hats and T-shirts to custom butcher boxes and exclusive events.
