Maria Empanada is continuing to expand across Colorado with plans to now open a restaurant in Boulder.
The new Maria Empanada will be located in the former spot of Salvaggio’s Italian Deli at 2609 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302, according to a BusinessDen article.
Maria Empanada offers dine-in, take-out, and delivery options for its unique and flavorful empanadas, which are made from scratch each day.
Maria Empanada has been working to open another spot in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood at 3535 W. 44th Ave., Denver, CO 80211. That location and the new spot in Boulder are expected to open sometime in April.
Three Maria Empanada restaurants are currently open to serve customers—on South Broadway and Platte St. in Denver and one at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora.
